Meet Alex, the placeholder human. Replace their name, projects, and links with your own and you have a real portfolio in minutes. Good things to steal: the sticky blurred nav bar, smooth-scrolling section links, and the responsive card grid that reflows on phones.

A private-sale listing page: a full-height sunset hero with the address and price laid over it, a row of stats, one paragraph of copy, and a photo grid that opens into a full-screen lightbox with arrow-key navigation. Serif type, gold accents, and a lot of restraint.

The interesting part is how little instruction produced it. This came out of Claude Cowork — Claude working directly in a folder rather than in a chat. Every photo went into one folder, unsorted and straight off the camera, and the direction was essentially “use these and make it classy and minimalistic.” It worked out which shot was the hero, that the aerial belonged small, and how to size the grid rows so the portrait photos weren’t cropped into nonsense.

The prompt below is written as a fill-in-the-blank template rather than this house’s details, so you can drop in your own property and photos. Worth stealing beyond the layout: the lightbox is about forty lines of plain JavaScript, and the whole grid reflows to two columns on a phone without a framework.
